Rumney u10s came out on top in three separate matches against Whitchurch u10s winning by 40-0; 30-0 and 30-0.  The key to Rumney's success was excellent defence combined with sharpness at the breakdown and a fast paced off-loading game style in attack which was sustained across all three matches.  Whitchurch tried repeatedly to gain a foothold in each match but couldn't breakdown the well-organised Rumney defence.
